Mini Marathon Trials 2012
Entries are now open for the 2012 Hounslow Mini Marathon Trials.
Hounslow Mini Marathon Trials: Saturday 4th February 2012
Mini Marathon: Sunday 22nd April 2012
The Mini Marathon is a 5km race over the last part of the London Marathon course, including the finish down the Mall. Athletes from all the London Boroughs compete against each other and the event is both an individual race and a team competition.
The 5km trial for the Hounslow team will be held at 10am Lampton Park and the top eight runners in each race will be selected to represent Hounslow at the London Marathon on Sunday 22nd April.
This year there's an extra incentive to take part as each athlete who qualifies for the Hounslow team and competes at the Marathon will receive a ticket for one of the Olympic athletics sessions.
