  Helen has been at the helm of the Feltham Partnership since March 2006.  Helen's background is in Sports Development with previous experience gained at Sport England and also heading up a National Governing Body.  Helen has a successful record most recently on behalf of the Hounslow Community Sport and Physical Activity Network for the Women and Girls Development Officer post for Hounslow.  Helen has recently been awarded her MSc in Physical Activity and Public Health.

  In her spare time Helen coaches rugby at Richmond, with success, she was also awarded Vice President status for her role working to save the club from administration in 1998.   For the fun side of sport, Helen can also be found disguised as the club mascot and played at Twickenham in the inaugral Mascot 7's in 2001.  Other interests include Scuba Diving, Golf, Cricket and Sailing.

  Alan became the Partnership Development Manager of the Isleworth and Syon SSP in January 2007. Alan taught PE at both Feltham and Isleworth over a period of 18 years. He has also been a Head of Year, a cluster Gifted and Talented Coordinator and taught History to GCSE level. Alan is currently a Junior Athlete Education Trainer and has recently been selected to be a member of EnACT which is the National Training team for leadership for the Youth Sport Trust.Alan’s claim to fame is being the PE teacher that encouraged Mo Farah into the sport of athletics but he doesn’t like to talk about it.
